Position: SAP BW Medior DevOps Consultant
Job Description:
As a DevOps Consultant, you will have the primary responsibility to roll out of technical and functional aspects of the Business Intelligence solution in SAP BW.
Defining project objectives and value to client as follows:
- Working together and analyzing client’s requirements.
- Defining source of data, designing data model and reporting.
- Develop solution in SAP BW platform according to design and best practice.
- Provided the documentation of build.
- Conduct unit testing of the solution and peer review of solution.
- Supporting in integration and user acceptance testing.
- Fixing defect and deployment to Production.
- Support the hyper care of solution to the end user and provided solution support.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and a clear passion in Business Intelligence and Analytics. You will be a team player, proactive, an effective communicator with the ability to work in development team and manage other development resources. Candidates may also be required to work with international clients or counterparts.
Technical Skillset:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in preferably Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Candidates with minimum 5 years solid experience in SAP BW and SAP BW on HANA Development & Support.
- Relevant skillset:
- ABAP BW customization (User Exits, routine, expert routines, BADIs, etc.)
- SAP BO reporting products (WEBI, AOFFICE, LUMIRA)
- ETL development to SAP BW on HANA – SAP BODS/SDS
- SAP ECC functional integration with SAP BW knowledge/exposure (FICO, MM, SD, HR) Service Now, Salesforce, SAP APO/BPC integration with SAP BW and HANA Developments (Calculation views, Tables, Views, SQL procedures etc.)
