Position: BI Analytics, Power BI Medior DevOps Consultant
Job Description:
As a Project DevOps Consultant, you will have the primary responsibility to roll out of technical and functional aspects of the Business Intelligence solution in Power BI. You will contribute to the integrated planning, design and implementation of the solutions focusing on Power BI in large and complex environments. Working together and analyzing client’s requirements.
Defining project objectives and value to client as follows:
- Develop solution in Power BI platform according to design and best practice.
- Provided the documentation of build.
- Conduct unit testing of the solution and peer review of solution.
- Supporting in integration and user acceptance testing.
- Fixing defect and deployment to Production.
- Support the hyper care of solution to the end user and provided solution support.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and a clear passion in Business Intelligence and Analytics. You will be a team player, proactive, an effective communicator with the ability to work in development team and manage other development resources. Candidates may also be required to work with international clients or counterparts.
Technical Skillset:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in preferably Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Candidates with minimum 3 years solid experience in ETL and Power BI Development & Support.
- Relevant skillset:
- Power BI – Power Query Editor, DAX functions, Basic SQL, Power BI Development (Desktop), Data Visualization and Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Business Intelligence & analytics – Data Warehouse and Data Modelling
- Added-up Advantages:
- Exposure to Cross-Functional business side.
- ETL development to Azure/AWS Services – SAP BODS/SDS
- Exposure to agile environment and practice.
- Team management experience
